Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelled on or less than 30 days before check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
  • Cancelled between 15 and 30 days before check-in: 75% of the booking amount will be charged.
  • Cancelled less than 15 days before check-in: The full amount will be charged.
  • No free rescheduling or credit notes are provided for cancellations.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    Refunds will be processed based on the following criteria:
    – The booking must be cancelled within the time frames specified in our cancellation policy.
    – Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  2. Refund Processing

    – For cancellations made on or less than 30 days before check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

    – For cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before check-in: 25% of the booking amount will be refunded.

    – For cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in: No refund will be provided.

  3. Non-Refundable Charges

    – Any bank or transaction fees incurred during the booking process are non-refundable.

    – Taxes, if applicable, are also non-refundable.

  5. Processing Time

    Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval of the refund request. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  6. Force Majeure

    In the event of force majeure (events outside our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), Mauli Stays reserves the right to offer alternative options in place of refunds, such as rescheduling the booking or providing credit notes.

  7. Modifications to the Refund Policy

    Mauli Stays reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on the Site. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
